Derrius Guice needs to hit the field Thursday for Redskins

The club wants him to get the work, but first he needs to be medically cleared.

Washington Redskins head coach Jay Gruden indicated on Tuesday that his preferred plan is to get running back Derrius Guice some live action before the regular season opener against the Philadelphia Eagles. 

By process of elimination, that means Thursday against the Atlanta Falcons.
