7:45: Tight end Jimmy Graham is going to the Bears for two years and $16 million. Wonder what Trey Burton thinks?

7:00: DL Michael Brockers goes to the Ravens for $10 million per year for 3 years.

6:45: Byron Jones is signing with the Miami Dolphins. Deal believed to be five years for $82.5 million, including $57 million guaranteed. It includes $40 million in first two years. Now, two top FA corners are off the board with Jones and Bradberry gone.

6:43: One of the top CBs is off the board as the New York Giants signed James Bradberry to a three-year, $45 million deal, per Adam Schefter.

6:27 : The Miami Dolphins signed former Cincinnati TE Clay Fejedelem, per his agent Mike McCartney.

6:21: The Titans re-signed OL Dennis Kelly to a three-year, $21 million contract. Tennessee originally acquired Kelly from the Eagles in 2016 for receiver Dorial Green-Beckham.

5:40: Browns reached agreement with former Redskins' QB Case Keenum on a three-year, $18 million deal that includes $10 million guaranteed, per Adam Schefter. The Eagles could have been interested in the backup quarterback.

5:25: Free agent Eagles OL Halapoulivaati Vaitai is signing a 5-year, $50 million deal with the Lions. Big V getting Big bucks!

5:05: OT Jack Conklin agreed to a 3-year deal with the Browns for $42M with $30M fully guaranteed, per agent Drew Rosenhaus. He earns $20mil in the first year. Wanted to keep it short due to the projected increases in the salary cap. Conklin will only be 28 when this deal expires.

4:45: The Baltimore Ravens released veteran OG James Hurst.

4:35: The deal the Raiders and LB Nick Kwiatkoski agreed to is three years for $21 million with $13.5 guaranteed, plus incentives, per Mike Garafolo

4:26: The Vikings and P Britton Colquitt worked out a three-year deal for $9 million with $5M of that guaranteed.

4:20: The Colts are trading their first-round draft pick in this year's draft, the 13th overall selection, to the 49ers for DL DeForest Buckner. Buckner is expected to sign a deal that will make him the second highest-paid DL in the game, behind LA's Aaron Donald. Buckner will be paid $21 million per year.

3:40: The options seem plentiful at WR, even with DeAndre Hopkins having been traded to the Cardinals. Odell Beckham, Jr and Stefon Diggs could be traded for, and the Eagles could be interested.

3:15: The Chicago Bears want competition for QB Mitchell Trubisky and former Eagles signal caller Nick Foles is in the mix if the Bears can work out a trade from Jacksonville. Foles' QB coach on the Super Bowl LII Eagles team -- John DeFilippo -- is now in Chicago and the veteran QB has also had a history with Bears head coach Matt Nagy.

3:14: Jason Pierre-Paul is staying in Tampa Bay, agreeing to a two-year, $27 million deal per ESPN.

3:13: Pass-rusher Shaq Lawson is staying in the AFC East, moving from Buffalo to Miami with a three-year deal.

2:26: In response to losing TE Austin Hooper the Atlanta Falcons traded a 2020 second-round pick and a 2020 fifth-round pick to Baltimore for TE Hayden Hurst and a 2020 fourth-round pick.

2:23: The Cleveland Browns won the bidding for TE Austin Hooper, signing him to a four-year deal with $23 million in guaranteed money over the first two years.

1:55: One possible Eagles free-agent target, linebacker Nick Kwiatkoski, is moving over from the Bears to the Raiders.

1:28: Official deal is in with Arizona getting WR DeAndre Hopkins and a fourth-round pick while Houston is getting RB David Johnson, a second-round pick and an additional 2021 fourth-round pick.

1:23: Per Adam Schefter, the Houston Texans are trading All-Pro WR DeAndre Hopkins to the Arizona Cardinals. The framework is still being worked on but it's Hopkins and a late-round pick to Arizona for David Johnson and a second-round pick. Hopkins will also get a new contract from the Cardinals.

1:10: Per Adam Schefter, the Arizona Cardinals are trading RB David Johnson to the Houston Texans, which have very few picks. Unsure of the compensation, though Texans are picking up all of Johnson's salary.

1:00: Guard Ereck Flowers sure has done all right for himself after looking like a bust with the New York Giants. Flowers is signing a three-year, $30 million deal with the Miami Dolphins, with more than $19 million guaranteed, per ESPN's Adam Schefter. Flowers played well with the Washington Redskins last year to pu himself in this position.

1:00: Peter King said the New York Giants "might" be interested in spending big money on FA defensive lineman Jadeveon Clowney

1:00: The Pittsburgh Steelers confirmed that they terminated the contracts of LB Mark Barron, LB Anthony Chickillo and WR Johnny Holton.

12:40: Tom Pellisero from the NFL Network reports that the Cleveland Browns have signed the best tight end on the free-agent market, Austin Hooper. He is expected to become the highest-paid player in the NFL at his position.

12:27: Derrick Gunn on NBC Sports Philadelphia is reporting that the New York Jets are showing interest in Eagles DE Vinny Curry and the Detroit Lions are checking in on CB Jalen Mills.

12:05: Eagles have chosen not to tender restricted free agent running back Corey Clement, making the team's breakout star from the 2017 Super Bowl season a free agent.

11:59: The Buffalo Bills re-signed OG Quinton Spain to a three-year deal.

11:53: The Minnesota Vikings beat the clock and placed the franchise tag on S Anthony Harris.

11:27: Agent Mike McCartney has confirmed the New England Patriots will be placing the franchise tag on OG Joe Thuney.

11:05: The Cleveland Browns confirmed that they've placed a second-round tender on restricted free-agent RB Kareem Hunt and also tendered exclusive rights free agents: Pharaoh Brown, Dontrell Hilliard and KhaDarel Hodge. The Browns also released veteran S Morgan Burnett.

11:00: The Green Bay Packers have signed right tackle Rick Wagner, formerly of divisional-rival Detroit, per the NFL Network. The deal likely means the end for former first-round pick Bryan Bulaga in Green Bay.

10:50: Fullback C.J. Ham agreed to a three-year extension with the Vikings, per his agent Blake Baratz.

10:45: The Eagles are bringing back DT Hassan Ridgeway on a one-year deal. He was originally acquired from Indianapolis for a seventh-round pick during the draft last year and ended up starting five games due to injuries to both Malik Jackson and Tim Jernigan. Ridgeway himself then suffered a season-ending ankle injury in late October.

10:40: The Cowboys are placing the exclusive rights franchise tag on quarterback Dak Prescott, per ESPN, meaning no other teams can negotiate with him. The Titans, meanwhile, are placing their franchise tag on RB Derrick Henry.

The Cowboys have until noon to re-sign WR Amari Cooper, otherwise he becomes a free agent.

10:30: The Bengals are putting the franchise tag on WR A.J. Green.

10:10: The Falcons continue to subtract, moving on from veteran offensive tackle Ty Sambrailo, who started six games for them in the 2019 season.

10:03: The Vikings have worked out a two-year extension with quarterback Kirk Cousins, per his agent Mike McCartney. The tweak will give cash-strapped Minnesota more salary-cap room to deal with as the Vikings try to bring back top-of-the-market safety Anthony Harris.

9:50: The Falcons are releasing running back Devonta Freeman after failing to trade him.

The Jaguars are sending signals that they do not want to trade defensive end menace Yannick Ngakoue, per CBS Sports’ Jason LaCanfora. Of course, Jacksonville said the same thing about cornerback Jalen Ramsey in the weeks leading up to trading him to the Los Angeles Rams for a king’s ransom. Dealing for Nagkoue should not require two first-round picks, which was the price – and more – the Rams foolishly paid for him.

Former Browns linebacker Christian Kirksey, who has played just nine games the last two seasons due to injury, is signing with the Green Bay Packers for $8 million per year for two years, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

There is a blossoming rumor, started by NBC Sports Peter King, that the Houston Texans want to trade receiver DeAndre Hopkins, who is probably one of the top five receivers in the NFL. His salary is reasonable, which begs the question why would Houston want to do it? Well, the Texans need draft picks, so maybe the Eagles could be in play here.

Franchise tags were handed to:

Chris Jones, Kansas City Chiefs

Shaq Barrett, Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This means that quarterback Jameis Winston will become a free agent. Could this open the door for Tampa to sign Tom Brady? The Bucs don’t draft until No. 11, so if they don’t move up they will likely be out on the top three college QBs: Joe Burrow, Tua Tagovailoa, and Justin Herbert.
