Jaguars Rookie Review: Updates on Each 2023 Draft Pick After Week 16 Loss vs. Buccaneers

The Jacksonville Jaguars are collapsing like no other team in the NFL, dropping their fourth-consecutive game in a 30-12 blowout loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.
Just how did the Jaguars rookies perform in Week 16 loss? We break it down below.
1st, No. 27: OT Anton Harrison, Oklahoma
It was another impressive game for rookie right tackle Anton Harrison. He allowed zero pressures on 27 pass-pro snaps before a back injury in the second-half sidelined him for the rest of the game. The drop-off between him and his backup was clear, though, as Cole Van Lanen allowed four pressures in a little over a quarter when he replaced Harrison.
2nd, No. 61: TE Brenton Strange, Penn State
3rd, No. 88: RB Tank Bigsby, Auburn
I am going to loop Brenton Strange and Tank Bigsby in one update here, because they more or less had the same impact. Strange had 11 snaps in his return from a foot injury, running five routes, pass blocking twice, and then run blocking for his other four snaps. Bigsby played zero snaps for the first time this year.
In short, the Jaguars' two Day 2 skill players combined for 11 snaps and zero touches. The only player who logged a snap on offense who played fewer snaps than Strange was Luke Farrell. In a game where the Jaguars had to fight back from a deficit, these two picks were mostly moot.
4th, No. 121: LB Ventrell Miller, Florida
Ventrell Miller is on injured reserve.
4th, No. 130: DL Tyler Lacy, Oklahoma State
Tyler Lacy played only 11 snaps, but he had a positive impact as a run-defender. According to PFF, Lacy recorded two run stops on just six run snaps, which means he recorded a stop on 33.33% of his run snaps. That is an encouraging flash from the Day 3 rookie.
5th, No. 136: EDGE/LB Yasir Abdullah, Louisville
Yasir Abdullah was a healthy scratch in Week 16.
5th, No. 160: DB Antonio Johnson, Texas A&M
It was a quiet day for Antonio Johnson, though he started in the slot and played the majority of the team's snaps there for the second week in a row. He recorded no run stops, only blitzed once as a pass-rusher, and allowed three catches for 24 yards on four targets.
6th, No. 185: WR Parker Washington, Penn State
It was another quiet game for wide receiver Parker Washington, who ran 35 routes but caught just two passes for 19 yards on four targets. The only player with a lower yards per route than him in the game was wide receiver Jamal Agnew.
6th, No. 202: CB Christian Braswell, Rutgers
Christian Braswell is on injured reserve and has not yet been activated from his 21-day practice window.
6th, No. 208: S Erick Hallett II, Pittsburgh
Erick Hallett is on the practice squad.
7th, No. 226: OL Cooper Hodges, App. State
Cooper Hodges is on injured reserve.
7th, No. 227: DL Raymond Vohasek, UNC
Raymond Vohasek is not on the Jaguars' active roster or practice squad.
7th, No. 240: FB Derek Parish, Houston
Derek Parish is not on the Jaguars' active roster or practice squad.
UDFA: WR Elijah Cooks
Elijah Cooks had his breakout performance, catching three passes for 38 yards on one drive in the first half. Unfortunately for him, he didn't see another target.
