Look: Lions' Aidan Hutchinson Preparing for 'Big Year'

Detroit Lions' Aidan Hutchinson shares online one day of his offseason preparation.

Detroit Lions defensive end Aidan Hutchinson is preparing to take the NFL by storm in his second season.

"I'm just bettering myself and working on mobility, flexibility. I'm working on getting as strong as I've ever been," Hutchinson recently told the "Green Light" podcast. "And, I think I've found some really good guys to get me to those places. And, man, I'm eating great food right now. I think just being, this being my first offseason, I feel like I'm doing everything the right way. I'm just doing the right things in order to prepare myself for a big year, too."

In a post shared on social media, Detroit's talented defensive lineman provided an inside glimpse of his workout regimen.

Like many, Hutchinson has also incorporated meditation and stretching into his busy daily routine.

The former No. 2 overall pick begins his day with an 8 a.m. cold plunge, prior to strength training at 9 a.m., which lasts for approximately 60 minutes.

Following lunch and a 20-minute meditation, Hutchinson is shown participating in football conditioning at 11:30 a.m. for approximately 90 minutes.

To end his day, the 22-year-old enters a tub for another cold plunge, and stretches before another day of NFL preparations begin.
