The Detroit Lions are currently eight-point betting favorites against the Green Bay Packers.

After a hard-fought contest against the Chicago Bears, the Lions are relatively healthy. Left guard Jonah Jackson was the only starter ruled out prior to the the team's contest against Green Bay.

For the second consecutive week, rookie wideout Antoine Green and defensive lineman Isaiah Buggs were ruled inactive.

With another week in Ben Johnson's system, new wide receiver Donovan Peoples-Jones will get his next opportunity to contribute. Last week, the former Browns receiver did not record a reception.

Despite the Packers having to address more injuries, Dan Campbell does not believe their gameplan will drastically change.

"For the most part, they’re no different than anybody else," said Campbell. "They’ll have these principles with what they do in the run game and the play-pass off of it, to boot off of it and even if it keeps you honest, they’re going to want to do some of that.

"I think more importantly, man, our thing -- we can’t give up explosives. So, kind of to your point, yeah, that could be something you come out and then eventually, if you’re able to get some explosive in the pass game, then it’s going to open your run game up," Campbell commented further. "I think that’s the big thing for us is, man, we’ve got to play this top-down. We can’t give up any of these chunk plays, because they are having some success with those.”

On the other side, four of the five Packers who were listed as questionable are not playing Sunday. Jaire Alexander, Rudy Ford, De'Vondre Campbell and Dontayvion Wicks have been ruled out.

Here is the updated list of the Lions' Week 12 inactives:

  • CB Steven Gilmore
  • WR Antoine Green
  • DL Brodric Martin
  • LB Trevor Nowaske
  • LB Julian Okwara
