We're kicking off a new series here in Week 3 to spice things up a bit. Each week, I'll give a handful of prop bets or parlays pertaining to that week's Carolina Panthers game. I've already made my picks for the side and total for Carolina vs. Seattle, which you can view here.

Here are this week's prop bets and parlays (odds via FanDuel):

First drive parlay - Seahawks field goal attempt/Panthers punt (+850)

The Seahawks have scored on the opening drive in each of their first two games. A field goal against the Rams and a touchdown against Detroit. Carolina's defense has forced a punt in their first two opening drives, but I can see Seattle moving the ball to open up the game with that unit having to adjust without Shaq Thompson in the middle. Carolina's defense bends but doesn't break, leading to a field goal.

As for the Panthers' offense, well, it's been a nightmare. Struggling rookie QB Bryce Young won't play this week, but the offensive issues continue early.

Andy Dalton passing yards: 215.5 - Under (-114)

Andy Dalton will be making his first start of the season on the road in arguably one of the toughest environments in the league. Fortunately for Carolina, this isn't his first trip there. Experience or not, the Panthers' receivers are not doing a good enough job of getting open. Seattle's defense has had some problems, but this is a get-right game for them. Take the under.

Geno Smith passing TDs: 1.5 - Over (-114)

This almost seems too easy. Smith has thrown for two or more touchdowns in 14 of his last 19 starts. As good as Carolina's defense has been against the pass, Geno should be able to get to two in this one.
