Are Ravens Missing Out on Free Agent WR DeAndre Hopkins?

In this story:
Has there been a more significant turnaround in how an offensive unit is perceived than the one represented by the Baltimore Ravens this offseason? After potentially having no quarterback and a limited receiving room, the Ravens have re-signed Lamar Jackson and added Odell Beckham Jr. and Zay Flowers.
And they've being linked with free-agent receiver DeAndre Hopkins.
Baltimore was included on a list of "best fits" for Hopkins by Nick Shook of NFL.com, and he thinks it is an option the Ravens should take a look at.
"Lamar Demeatrice Jackson Jr. He's the reason Baltimore is on this list," Shook writes. "Oddly enough, for the first time in recent memory, Baltimore appears to be pretty well stocked at the position."
And Hopkins is lining up free-agent visits, with a Ravens AFC rival moving to the forefront per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, as the star wide receiver will meet with the New England Patriots next week.
Are the Ravens missing an opportunity here?
Hopkins, 31, and a perennial Pro Bowler is also scheduled to meet with the Tennessee Titans. Baltimore has been discussed as a possible destination for Hopkins, but that's largely based on other people's comments and speculation. Beckham Jr. and Jackson have been vocal about the possibility of bringing in Hopkins.
The Ravens, however, have just $11.5 million in cap space, according to OverTheCap.com, which is way short of what many speculate it will cost to sign Hopkins, who has been a $20 million APY player.
