NFL Power Rankings: Baltimore Ravens Top 5?

The Baltimore Ravens offense has impressed many over the course of their three-game win streak.

The Ravens now sit at 6-2 and are 1.5 games ahead of each of their three AFC North rivals.

Their recent success has also warranted a jump in Sports Illustrated's recent power rankings, which now list the Ravens at No. 4.

"This is how deeply good the Ravens offense is: Lamar Jackson back-footed a complete 50–50 ball that Rashod Bateman had to wrestle a defensive back for in the air, and later in the drive, Mark Andrews caught a touchdown pass while simultaneously running into Zay Flowers," SI writes.

The inspired play from the offense looks like things are finally clicking under new offensive coordinator Todd Monken. While Jackson appeared to struggle adapting to Monken's new system early in the season, he looks as comfortable as ever now navigating the offense through these games.

The offense has the potential to completely catapult the Ravens into Super Bowl contender status, and if the defense, which is led by linebacker Roquan Smith, can manage to prevent games from turning into blowouts and give the offense a small cushion, Baltimore could have its best team yet in the Lamar Jackson era.

With the NFC West-leading Seattle Seahawks coming to town this week, things won't be easy, but a win here would further cement the Ravens' status as a true contender in the AFC playoff race.

The Ravens and Seahawks are set to kick off at 1 p.m. ET inside M&T Bank Stadium on Sunday.
