The Houston Texans and Pittsburgh Steelers are just hours away from kicking off their Wild Card matchup for the final game of the league's six-game slate across this weekend, where if the last five are a sign of anything, there's bound to be some thrilling action in store.

Houston's still riding the high of their nine-game winning streak from the second half of the year, while Aaron Rodgers and the Steelers come fresh off an electric home win against the Baltimore Ravens to clinch the AFC North. Now, one of their campaigns is bound to come to an end, with the other advancing to face the New England Patriots in the divisional round to keep their Super Bowl hopes alive.

The stakes haven't been higher for either side this season, setting up for an awesome showdown between a pair of tough teams in front of the primetime lights of Monday Night Football.

Houston Texans

OUT – RB Jawhar Jordan (ankle)

OUT – CB Ajani Carter (knee)

Pittsburgh Steelers

OUT – DT Isaiahh Loudermilk (knee)

Both the Texans and Steelers head into this one relatively healthy, with only a few depth pieces slated to miss out on the Wild Card action. For Houston, running back Jawhar Jordan will be sidelined with an ankle sprain, while cornerback Ajani Carter remains on Injured Reserve as he recovers from a lingering knee injury.

As for the Steelers, Isaiahh Loudermilk will be the only player sidelined due to injury, who's started two games on the Pittsburgh defense this season, but still makes for a pretty healthy outlook for the home team.

One player who won't be on the injury report for Houston, though, is rookie safety Jaylen Reed, who is set to be elevated from Injured Reserve following his Week 13 forearm injury against the Indianapolis Colts, but now returns after a five-week absence to become the Texans' starting safety next to Calen Bullock. A big and welcomed reinforcement to a back-end that's faced a barrage of challenges this season.
