Adding a Player from AFC South Rivals to the 2023 Tennessee Titans

In this story:
NASHVILLE — The Tennessee Titans' roster is practically set as we get ready to head into 2023 training camp, but if the Titans had the ability to add to their roster by stealing a player away from a divisional rival, who would they take from each opposing squad?
Jacksonville Jaguars — QB Trevor Lawrence
I won't deny that this is my opinion, but I don't see how any logical person could feel otherwise. Lawrence had ups and downs last season, but there were plenty of flashes of greatness. Not to mention, last season was essentially Lawrence's rookie season after having one of the worst coach of all time in his first year in Urban Meyer.
Lawrence was touted as one of the best quarterback prospects in recent memory when he came out of Clemson and he looked like it last year. The Jaguars swept the Titans and went on to complete an incredible playoff comeback against the Chargers.
Lawrence is already better than Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill and has the chance to take a step up to elite status this season if he performs well. It will get more difficult for Lawrence as the pressure mounts, but he seems equip to succeed. There is no way the Titans aren't in a better spot with Lawrence at quarterback, now and in the future.
Honorable Mentions: Calvin Ridley, Christian Kirk, Travon Walker
Houston Texans — LT Laremy Tunsil
Tunsil is only 28 years old and is one of the top two offensive tackles in the NFL. His only competition being Trent Williams in San Francisco. Whether you rank him one or two, Tunsil would be a big help for the Titans.
Call me skeptical, but I am not positive Andre Dillard is any kind of answer for the Titans, whether the short term or the long. Dillard has been a backup most of his career and, despite a first-round pedigree, was beat out by a seven rounder who played rugby in Jordan Mailata.
With the uncertainty not only at left tackle, but on the Titans' offensive line, in general, it would only make sense to add one of the top tackle in the NFL and install him on the left side for years to come.
Honorable Mentions: Derek Stingley, Will Anderson, C.J. Stroud
Indianapolis Colts — LG Quenton Nelson
I almost answered no one here, but that would just be petty right? On a serious note, this was the hardest pick to make. Yes, Nelson is a very good guard, but injury and age have diminished him as a player. Nelson gave up five sacks, 31 pressures and had five penalties in 2022. That's more than the two previous season, COMBINED.
However, the Titans could use Nelson compared to what they have. Nelson could immediately slide into left guard and allow Peter Skoronski to move to right tackle and replace Nicholas Petit-Frere. That would probably be a permanent move at that point.
I did consider the two tall receivers the Colts have. Alec Pierce was the first name I wrote down. Having a tall, rangy receiver to run deep routes could help the offense. The Colts have some names on defense like DeForest Buckner, Kwity Paye and Shaq Leonard that were appealing, but the Titans need offensive help more.
Honorable Mentions: Alec Pierce, Michael Pittman, DeForest Buckner
