Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is known for giving talented NFL players second chances. You can add Aldon Smith to that list. Smith is returning to the league after a four-year absence on a one-year $4 million deal with the Cowboys. He’s served multiple suspensions under both the substance abuse policy and the Personal Conduct Policy. Cowboys' team reporter Mike Fisher gives some insight on how Fox NFL insider Jay Glazer, who reported the signing, played a major role in making it happen.
