It’s been an injury riddled Week 2 for the San Francisco 49ers. With their star tight end George Kittle already out for Week 2, San Francisco's injury list continues to grow as Nick Bosa, Jimmy Garoppolo and Raheem Mostert all left Sunday’s game early.

Nick Bosa was carted off the field in Sunday's matchup vs the New York Jets and long after quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo suffered an ankle injury. After a huge 80-yard rushing touchdown running back Raheem Mostert went down with a knee injury. What does this mean for San Francisco and what are the fantasy implications if Mostert and Garoppolo are out for Week 3?
