First year head coach Kevin Stefanski has led the Cleveland Browns to their first playoff win since 1995, despite not being able to be present on the sidelines to coach the team due to COVID-19. The team was able to overcome this due to the culture change that has taken place in Cleveland led by Stefanski and GM Andrew Berry.
