The Blackhawks flew past the Blues 4-0 on Wednesday night, but it wasn't all smiles after the game for Chicago as the team got news that it may be without All-Star winger Patrick Kane for the remainder of the regular season.

Kane suffered a lower-body injury during the second period when Blues forward Brenden Morrow fell onto his leg. The 25-year-old was able to leave the ice under his own power and headed down the tunnel with trainers, but did not return in the third period.

It is questionable whether Kane will be available before the end of the regular season.
