Oilers, Bachman agree to one-year contract
The Edmonton Oilers and goaltender Richard Bachman have reached an agreement on a one-year deal, the team announced Wednesday.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
In 2013-14, Bachman played 52 games for the Oklahoma City Barons of the American Hockey League, recording a 26-19 record and 2.99 goals-against-average. Bachman also appeared in three games with the Oilers, posting a .916 save percentage. He made 47 saves in his October 26 debut with the club.
Bachman, a fourth-round pick in 2006, has amassed a 14-12-2 record with a .903 save percentage in 35 career NHL games.
