The Jets and defenseman Julien Brouillete have agreed to a one-year, $600,000 deal, the team announced on Friday.

The Jets and defenseman Julien Brouillette have agreed to a one-year, $600,000 deal, the team announced on Friday.

The 27-year-old got his first taste of NHL action last season, playing 10 games with the Capitals. He recorded a goal and an assist.

Brouillette played 260 AHL games and 210 in the ECHL before getting his call to the big leagues.
