Ducks winger Corey Perry left Friday night's game against the Wild after taking a hip check from Minnesota defenseman Keith Ballard. The hit appeared to hurt Perry's left leg, and the team announced he was doubtful to return.

There was no penalty assessed to Ballard on the play.
Perry leads Anaheim with 14 goals and 22 points in 22 games, despite having missed five games in November after he contracted the mumps.
