Alex Ovechkin reminded everyone on Saturday that, while not a top-five goal-scorer so far this season, he is still very much capable of doing Alex Ovechkin things.

About halfway through the third period of the Capitals' game against the Devils, Ovi took the puck and did, well, what you should only conceivably be able to do in a video game.

The goal extended Washington's lead to 4-0, which ended up being the game's final margin. It was Ovechkin's 15th tally of the year and his first since Dec. 9, when he scored two goals against the Lightning.

The Capitals improved to 16-10-6 with the win. The Devils, three spots below Washington in the Metropolitan Division, fell to 12-17-6.
