The tally sent the Penguins to a 2-1 defeat and a 4-1 series loss, making it the second straight time Pittsburgh's season has come to a close at the hands of the Rangers.
Hagelin skated out of the corner the with puck, curled around at the faceoff dot, and rifled a shot past Pens goalie Marc-Andre Fleury. The goal was his second of the postseason, and marked the third straight game in which Hagelin notched a point.
