Tampa Bay Lightning forward Cedric Paquette scored the game-winning goal in Game 3 of the Stanley Cup final against the Chicago Blackhawks on Monday night.

Paquette found the back of the net with 3:11 left to play in the third period and the Lightning held on to win 3–2. They now lead the series 2–1.

The play began when Ryan Callahan found Victor Hedman with a pass while exiting the defensive zone. Hedman skated up the middle of the ice and into the left corner before finding Paquette in front of the net between two defenders. Paquette was able to push the puck past Chicago goalie Corey Crawford on a one-timer.
