Report: Alleged Patrick Kane victim had bite marks, leg scratch
Sunday August 9th, 2015

The alleged victim in the Patrick Kane sexual assault investigation had bite marks on her shoulders and a scratch on her leg after the alleged attack, reports The Buffalo News

According to the report, the woman is alleging Kane followed her into a room, overpowered her and raped her after Kane, the alleged victim and a friend went to Kane's home for a private party. The three reportedly met on the night of Aug. 2 at a nightclub in Buffalo.

The News reports after the attack, the woman left Kane's home with her friend and immediately called a relative. She went to the hospital to undergo tests involving a rape kit and then called the police.

Details of Kane's sexual assault investigation first emerged Thursday. The Blackhawks have not issued a statement after saying they were still "gathering information."

Hamburg Police, who are looking into Kane, will not comment on an ongoing investigation.

Kane has not been charged with a crime.
