National Women's Hockey League Debut
On Sunday, October 11, history was made at Chelsea Piers Connecticut as the New York Riveters and Connecticut Whale of the NWHL faced off in the first ever women’s professional hockey game in front of a sold out crowd. The Whale defeated the Riveters 4-1.
