Watch: Evgeny Kuznetsov’s slick goal and assist help Capitals beat Bruins

Capitals center Evgeny Kuznetsov had a slick score and assist against the Bruins on Tuesday.

Evgeny Kuznetsov, have yourself a game!

Washington’s center continues to have a strong year and on Tuesday it was Boston that experienced it firsthand.

The Capitals’ first goal, scored by Andre Burakovsky, was created and set up by the outstanding playmaking skills of Kuznetsov. Watch him sauce a perfect dish across the ice through a crowd of Bruins.

The game’s second tally, which put them up 2–0 at the time, was Kuznetsov’s own goal. He stickhandled to a dangerous area and beat Tuukka Rask from the right circle.

The Capitals went on to beat the Bruins 3–2.

Power Rankings: Panthers overtake Capitals for top spot

Kuznetsov has 13 goals and 24 assists on the season, a point total that is just outside of the league’s top 10. His play is a big part of the Capitals’ strong season and their current place at the top of the Eastern Conference.
