DENVER (AP) —The Colorado Avalanche say top scorers Matt Duchene and Nathan MacKinnon will miss the next two games with knee injuries and be re-evaluated.

Duchene and MacKinnon won't play against the Philadelphia Flyers on Thursday or against the Minnesota Wild on Saturday. The Avalanche are currently one point ahead of the Wild for the second wild-card spot in the Western Conference.
