Preds’ Fisher joined by family to celebrate milestone

Predators forward Mike Fisher commemorated playing 1,000 NHL games on Monday, and got a little help from his wife, country music star Carrie Underwood,

Nashville Predators center Mike Fisher and country music star Carrie Underwood are married. Perhaps you’ve heard?

Although Underwood attends most Predators home games at Bridgestone Arena, she rarely makes public appearances, allowing her husband of six years to own the spotlight on game nights.

She made a rare exception on Monday, when she brought the couple’s one-year-old son, Isaiah, onto the ice prior to Nashville’s game against the Los Angeles Kings to help commemorate Fisher’s 1,000th NHL game.

Fisher has 11 goals and 10 assists this season, and from the looks of it, one very happy family.
