Late-season New York Rangers acquisition Eric Staal provided plenty of offense in the Blueshirts’ meeting with the Pittsburgh Penguins on Sunday.

The 31-year-old, picked second in 2003, hasn’t been to the Stanley Cup playoffs since the 2008–09 season.
