The Tampa Bay Lightning have recalled Jonathan Drouin from the AHL, the team announced Thursday.

The Lightning, who have lost four of their last six games, are currently without injured forward Steven Stamkos and defenseman Anton Stralman.

Drouin requested a trade earlier this season after being sent to the AHL in early January. He was suspended indefinitely without pay by Tampa Bay after failing to report to a Jan. 23 AHL game.

Drouin has recorded 11 goals and two assists for the AHL’s Syracuse Crunch this year.
