P.K. Subban reportedly puts Montreal condo up for sale

P.K. Subban’s downtown Montreal apartment hit the listings this week, making for one pretty unique piece of real estate and hockey memorabilia.

If you’ve ever dreamed of living like an NHLer, it’s now a possibility—for a listed price of $1.395 million (Canadian).

As P.K. Subban embarks on the Nashville Predators portion of his career, the former Canadiens defenseman is reportedly selling his downtown Montreal apartment. As per the Sotheby’s listing, the condo has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in addition to stained hardwood floors, a sizable kitchen with a breakfast bar, lots of windows and a one car garage. The closet also has plenty of space for the wardrobe of your dreams.

Oh, and it’s a convenient 10-minute walk to the Bell Centre.

Subban, already on his way to fan-favorite status in Nashville, will remain a fixture in his former team's city for the foreseeable future, following this $10 million donation to Montreal Children’s Hospital before the 2015-16 season.

There’s a lot to like about the condo, and who knows, the Habs might know a recently acquired blueliner in search of a place to live …
