The Islanders defenseman Johnny Boychuck was rushed off the ice after he took a skate to the eye on Tuesday night. The injury took 90 stitches for a plastic surgeon to fix. "Johnny Boychuk is OK," said general manager Lou Lamoriello. Through 64 games this season Boychuk has tallied 11 points, two goals, and nine assists.
