Monday January 12th, 2015

Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi said on Sunday that he is committed to the club and discredited reports of him calling for the job of manager Luis Enrique as "lies."

According to BBC, Messi dismissed the ongoing reports of friction between he and the club after a 3-1 victory over Atletico Madrid.

"I have no intentions of leaving for any team, not Chelsea nor Manchester City," he said, per BBC.

"I'm tired of all the things that people have been saying. I didn't ask the club to fire anyone."
