After Chelsea took a 1-0 lead over Paris Saint-Germain in the UEFA Champions League round of 16 thanks to the head of Branislav Ivanovic, PSG forward Edinson Cavani drew the game level with a header of his own.

Blaise Matuidi sent in a cross in the 55th minute and found Cavani, who had lost his marker. Cavani's free header fell out of Thibaut Courtois' reach, and PSG leveled the score.

Chelsea defeated PSG on away goals in last year's Champions League quarterfinals.
