With a simple first touch followed by an overhead flick, Alli settled a headed pass, created his own space, and ripped a volley into the lower left corner for the go-ahead goal. The incredible display of skill ended in much-deserved celebration.

Tottenham went up 2–1 in the 83rd minute and held on for the win, with Nacer Chadli scoring once more for the 3–1 final.
