Ronaldo’s goal couldn't have come at a better time for Portugal.
Cristiano Ronaldo became the first player ever to score in four Euro tournaments with an incredible back–heel flick against Hungary on Wednesday.
Ronaldo’s goal also helped save Portugal’s Euro 2016 campaign, as Hungary had just taken a 2–1 lead moments earlier.

Shortly after, Ronaldo saved Portugal yet again. After Hungary had taken its third lead of the game, Ronaldo equalized again—this time with his head.
The game finished 3–3, and Portugal advanced to the knockout stage as a third–place team.
After scoring his first senior goal for Portugal in 2003, Ronaldo has now found the net in Euro 2004, 2008, 2012 and this year’s tournament. His second goal on Wednesday also marked his 60th goal for Portugal.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic of Sweden can also score in his fourth different Euro tournament this year when Sweden plays Belgium later on Wednesday.
