Maple Leafs Sign John-Michael Liles To Four-Year Extension

The Toronto Maple Leafs have signed defenseman John-Michael Liles to a four-year extension according to the Maple Leafs’ official site.

“Not gonna lie...it’s been a pretty good day,” Liles tweeted once reports of the deal surfaced.

The deal will be worth $15.5 million over four years, according to the Toronto Star.  Through 34 games played this season, Liles has four goals, 17 assists for 21 points.
