Penguins' Sidney Crosby Plans To Play Thursday Against Rangers

The wait is finally ending -- Sidney Crosby announced that he's ready to return to the Pittsburgh Penguins' lineup for Thursday night's game against the New York Rangers at Madison Square Garden.

"I feel good, and the plan is to play Thursday," Crosby told NHL.com today.

Crosby has been missing in action since Dec. 5, when he developed concussion-like symptoms after a game against the Boston Bruins. He has played in just eight games this season, tallying two goals and 10 assists.
