Bruins-Senators game postponed after Boston Marathon explosions

The National Hockey League postponed Monday night's scheduled game between the Boston Bruins and the Ottawa Senators at Boston's TD Garden in the wake of an explosion that killed two people and injured at least 23 during the finishing stages of the Boston Marathon.

No makeup date was announced for the game. TD Garden is less than two miles from the site of the explosions.

The remaining schedules for each team show two possible dates for a makeup (April 24th, April 26th) as those are mutual days off for the two teams.

From NHL.com:

The date and time will be announced at a later date.

The National Hockey League wishes to express its sympathy to all affected by the tragic events that took place in Boston earlier this afternoon.
