Believe it or not, the 2014 MLS season is right around the corner, with defending MLS Cup champion Sporting Kansas City kicking things off in Seattle against the Sounders on March 8. With that comes a chance to have some fun with the Fantasy MLS game. Planet Futbol will host a season-long competition through the MLSSoccer.com official game, and we want all of our valued readers to join in.

All you need to do is go to the MLSSoccer.com Fantasy homepage and join our public league "SI Planet Futbol" using the league code 8779-1498. From there, you'll pick an 18-man team using a $120 million salary cap (could you imagine if MLS operated under the same financial "restrictions?") and be sure to update your lineup week-in and week-out (and choose a captain! His points are worth double) to maximize your point total.
