AC Milan forward Robinho will join Brazilian side Santos FC on season-long loan, the club announced Thursday.

Robinho had been reportedly interested in joining Orlando City when the club makes its MLS debut this coming spring. Robinho would have been reunited with former teammate Kaká in Orlando. Instead, the 30-year-old Robinho will re-join the club where he began his professional career.
