San Jose Earthquakes goalkeeper David Bingham has been loaned to Strømmen IF in Norway. Bingham has spent most of the season on loan with NASL's San Antonio Scorpions, but will play for Strømmen for the remainder of the season.

San Jose Earthquakes goalkeeper David Bingham has been loaned to Strømmen IF in Norway, the team announced Wednesday.

Bingham has spent most of the season on loan with NASL's San Antonio Scorpions, but he will play for Strømmen for the remainder of the season.

Strømmen is in the Norwegian second division.

Bingham played for the University of California. He has made just four career MLS starts.

The 24-year-old made 10 starts for San Antonio, but the club acquired New York City FC goalkeeper Josh Saunders on loan.
