FIFA president Sepp Blatter wants to test video reviews in 2015
FIFA president Sepp Blatter has announced plans to test a new video review system.
Speaking in a pre-recorded message at the SoccerEx conference in Manchester on Monday, Blatter said he wants a trial of video replays in a domestic league and at the U-20 World Cup in 2015. If successful, the use of reviews could be expanded.

Under the system proposed by Blatter, coaches would be able to challenge calls once or twice per half, according to the BBC, and only during stoppages in play.
The video used would come from the game's television broadcaster. FIFA would not set up to have its own footage, and would not add a replay official.
It's unclear which types of calls would be subject to review.
Blatter and FIFA have been reticent to embrace technology in games in the past, but goal-line review technology was used at this summer's World Cup in Brazil for the first time at competitive matches.
