England national team midfielder Adam Lallana will miss the team’s next two matches with a groin injury, the BBC reports.

Lallana, 26, was injured during the first half of Liverpool’s match against Manchester United on Saturday. He was subbed at halftime of the match. 

England is scheduled to face Lithuania in a Euro 2016 qualifier on Friday and they also have a friendly scheduled with Italy on March 31.

In 19 appearances for Liverpool this year, Lallana has scored four goals and added three assists.
