Heath is the only other true winger on the roster besides Rapinoe, but she usually starts matches on the bench. She was the youngest player on the squad that won gold at the 2008 Olympics. Heath was one of three Americans to miss in the shootout at the 2011 World Cup final but rebounded to provide three assists for teammates at the 2012 Olympics.

She started and scored twice in a 5-0 win over Guatemala in 2015 World Cup qualifying, and she has the technical ability to pull off stunning moves along with providing service from the flank.
