The National Soccer Hall of Fame Museum is officially moving to Frisco, Texas, U.S. Soccer and FC Dallas announced on Wednesday.

FC Dallas shared the announcement because their Toyota Stadium will house the new museum as part of $39 million in improvements made to the stadium. Additional details about the move and plans for the improvements will be announced at an Oct. 14 press conference at Toyota Stadium.

The move to Frisco had been long rumored considering four organizations had to approve the funding, including the Frisco Independent School District, which voted to approve the amendment to Toyota Stadium to house the museum on Tuesday.
