Watch: Chicharito scores two more goals for Bayer Leverkusen
Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez keeps adding to his goal tally with Bayer Leverkusen, though he took advantage of a significant talent gap to net a pair on Wednesday.
Playing against fourth-tier Viktoria Koln, Chicharito scored Leverkusen's third and fourth goals during a 6-0 rout in the second round of the DFB Pokal (German Cup).
The Mexican forward now has five goals in his last three games across all competitions for Leverkusen, scoring two against Roma in the Champions League and one vs. Stuttgart in Bundesliga play prior to Wednesday's cup brace.
Both were close-range finishes, coming on either side of halftime. In the 38th minute, Chicharito got behind the back line and rounded the goalkeeper before finishing with his right foot into a vacated net. In the 54th, he latched onto a cross from Julian Brandt (who assisted on the first goal as well) after a failed clearance attempt and one-timed home another right-footed effort.

The two goals bring Chicharito's tally with the club up to seven in all competitions in 11 appearances. He'll look to keep his streak going against Wolfsburg on Saturday.
