Americans abroad are in the news, with Matt Miazga's impending move to Chelsea, Tim Howard potentially returning to MLS and Christian Pulisic cracking Borussia Dortmund's first team, and the three lead off our new podcast.
One of the other moves to materialize this week is Ashley Cole's long-rumored signing with the LA Galaxy. After his "relax on a beach" comments two years ago in regards to coming to MLS, is this a train wreck in the making, or another brilliant move by Bruce Arena?
Speaking of the Galaxy, two of the club's star DPs, Steven Gerrard and Giovani Dos Santos, sat down with Grant Wahl in Los Angeles to discuss their first forays into MLS, the club's changes for the season ahead and some of the stand-out moments of their careers.
