Bayern Munich winger Franck Ribery has completed his first full team training since a right thigh muscle injury put him out for two months.

MUNICH (AP) — Bayern Munich winger Franck Ribery has completed his first full team training since a right thigh muscle injury put him out for two months.

Ribery made two appearances after coming back from a nine-month-long right ankle injury, only to be sidelined again after getting hurt in December in a Champions League match at Dinamo Zagreb.

The Frenchman returned on Monday, two days before a German Cup quarterfinal at second-division Bochum.

Fellow winger Arjen Robben says: "We need him. We have difficult but nice months ahead of us."

Robben adds, "We have to be careful because the match in Bochum won't be easy. Bochum could be playing in the top division."

Bayern is coming off a 0-0 draw at Bayer Leverkusen in the Bundesliga.
