A Brazilian court has frozen $50 million worth of Barcelona star Neymar’s assets over unpaid taxes, according to the Associated Press.

The assets include a yacht, jet and numerous properties. They were originally frozen in September and Neymar lost an appeal Monday.

Neymar was previously found guilty of tax evasion for failing to pay roughly $16 million in taxes when he played for Brazilian club Santos. A judge then froze assets worth about three times as much as he owed, to prevent him from selling them off before he could pay his debt.

A significant portion of the taxes owed are related to the transfer fee Barcelona paid for Neymar in 2013. A majority of the fee was paid to a company controlled by his father.
