U.S. men's national team's Fabian Johnson continued his productive season for Borussia Monchengladbach, assisting on an early goal for the Bundesliga side.

Fresh off scoring his eighth goal in all competitions for 'Gladbach on Sunday, Johnson took down a long, cross-field pass in stride, carried down the right channel to the end line and squared a pinpoint ball for Thorgan Hazard right at the goalmouth. The younger brother of Chelsea's Eden Hazard didn't miss from there, as 'Gladbach took a 16th-minute lead against Stuttgart.

Johnson's squad is in a tightly contested race for third place in the Bundesliga, which would cement a return to the Champions League. Johnson starred for 'Gladbach in this season's Champions League, scoring against Sevilla and Juventus and setting up a pair of goals vs. Manchester City.
