Last week, Cristiano Ronaldo was frustrated with his team and its season. Saturday, he took out those frustrations on the ball, driving in a curling rocket from beyond the box to give Madrid a 2–0 lead on Celta Vigo at the Bernabeu.

Early in the second half, Ronaldo took the ball in the center of the pitch and found a comfortable amount of space to ready his shot, an unsaveable strike that dipped just under the crossbar and landed all the way in the bottom of the net.

He wasn’t done, either: shortly afterward, Ronaldo struck a brilliant free kick that froze the opposing keeper and extended the lead.

And...then he scored again.

And...again.

Pepe scored in the first half on a header from a corner kick to give Madrid the lead.
