Leicester City's chase for the EPL title

Leicester City is aiming to finish off a historic, improbable run to the Premier League title. Track their chase here.

Leicester City is closing on what would be a historic and the most improbable Premier League title. The Foxes, who were fighting relegation at this point last season and were 5,000-to-1 preseason odds to win it all this season, lead the league by five points with four games to play.

On its tail is North London club Tottenham, waiting for any slip-ups. Spurs were able to chip away at the lead this week, taking advantage of Leicester's draw with West Ham by soundly beating Stoke City.

As the two teams hit the home stretch of the EPL season, follow the unpredictable chase for the Premier League crown along with their remaining fixtures:

Below are the remaining schedules for the clubs, both of which finish the season away from home. Leicester ends its campaign at Chelsea–where Foxes manager Claudio Ranieri was unceremoniously dumped in favor of Jose Mourinho in 2004.
